The company handles the entire graphic production chain, from computer-aided design (computer graphics) to the production of high quality documents.

Production tools and graphic chain

IGF is able to handle your graphic design work. The printing house has graphic designers and computers equipped with the latest layout and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign. Our graphic designers are at your disposal. They have the know how to provide advice and proposals in terms of graphics, paper, ink or colors.

Before launching the printing process, IGF provides you with an inspection test of your document, also known as a “ready to print”. This step is very important because it allows you to control the quality of the printing (similar to the final result at 90%) and especially to check that the document does not contain any errors. Thus after you check and sign this document, it becomes legally binding. In case of doubt after printing, this document is used as a reference.

IGF has a range of American XEROX digital printers. Digital printing makes it possible to be both very reactive and inexpensive to print all your documents when it comes to small quantities (generally less than 1000 copies). It is the ideal technique for printing:

  • Business cards
  • Flyers
  • Brochures
  • Folders with flaps

IGF’s laboratory is equipped with AGFA flashing machines. Flashage is an intermediate step between DTP and final printing, which consists of exposing films that will make it possible to produce offset plates. The exposure is carried out using the flasher from a computer. These aluminium plates will then be used for offset printing on German Heidelberg machines.

An offset is an indirect printing technique based on the principle of repulsion between ink and water. The ink is transferred to the paper from the aluminium plate, on which parts have been exposed to a rubber layer, which in turn will transfer the ink to the paper. Offset printing is based on the principle of the superposition of primary colors. The process allows large quantities of copies to be printed at a reasonable cost. It also guarantees high printing quality. It is the ideal technique for printing:

– Flyers

– Brochures

– Catalogues

– Posters

– Booklets (invoicing, purchase orders, delivery notes, etc.)

– End of the year calendars

– Desk mats
